Wade is from Montezuma, Georgia. He graduated from the Montezuma Amish Mennonite School. He specializes in Fitness Nutrition, Exercise Therapy, Strength and Conditioning, and in Senior and Youth Fitness. He is married to his wife, Nicole, with whom they have two children and three grandchildren. He serves as a board member with the Peach Regional Chamber of Commerce, Middle Georgia Workforce Development Board, and the Middle Georgia Clean Air Coalition amongst other organizations.
