Pam holds a bachelor's degree in business management and a master's degree with a concentration in Supply Chain Management. She serves on the Board of the A.R. "Gus" Barksdale Boys and Girls Club, is a member of the Conyers-Rockdale Economic Development Council, a 2010 graduate of Leadership Rockdale, a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., and a Georgia Power Electrical Safety PowerTown presenter. She is married with 3 children.

Pam is currently employed as a Transmission Analyst for Southern Company with over 30 years of experience.

Pam Brown is a County Board of Education Member in Rockdale County. She was elected in 2016 and has served two terms in this position. Pam was also unanimously elected as the Georgia School Board Association District 4 Director, representing public school districts in Rockdale, Newton, and DeKalb counties.
