Pam graduated with a bachelor's in Business Education from The University of Geogia and a master's in School Counseling from the University of West Alabama.

Pam currently serves as the Stephens County School System Career, Technical and Agricultural Education Director as well as the Work-Based Learning and Youth Apprenticeship (YAP) Coordinator for the Stephens County Board of Education. She has previous experience as a banker and as a high school business education teacher. 

Pam Hill currently serves as a board member of the Toccoa-Stephens County Chamber of Commerce. She also served on Governor Brian Kemp's Career and Technical Education (CTE) Commission.
