Kirkland makes case for District 2 school board seat

Kirkland holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and Computer Information System from Georgia Southern University. 

Kirkland is a supply chain manager at Duracell. He previously worked with the Troup County-LaGrange Chamber of Commerce, and as a Materials Manager and Senior Supply Chain Analyst with Adient. 

This is Joe Kirkland's first entry into politics.
