Kwasi is pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in political science and government from the University of West Georgia. While at the university, he is involved in Young Men Education. His also serves as a tutor.

Kwasi worked as an insurance broker with the Hometown Insurance Group. He served in the U.S. Navy, where he was a recruiter. He was also an accounts manager for State Farm.
