Terracia has been the Chief of Staff to Georgia State Representative, Erica Thomas- District 39 for two years

Terracia is the founder of a non-partisan, non-profit organization called Our Women in Politics. She is also the owner of Posh Event Boutique, an intimate special events venue located in Austell, GA and the sole owner of B. Taylor and Associates, an Atlanta-based event management company. She is also the founder of Brown Girls Brunch, a national platform dedicated to highlighting the achievements of African American businesswomen. She also participates in many local organizations: she is the financial secretary and newly elected board member of the National Coalition of 100 Black Women, the Mecca Chapter Membership chair, the Special Event Manager of Black Media Honors, the Administrative Officer of Golf Women Mean Business, a member of West Georgia Board of Realtors, and the Executive Director of the Georgia Entertainment Caucus.
