Kai has lived in Conyers, Georgia, for over 24 years. She holds a Master of Public Administration degree in executive leadership from Strayer University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in communications from Clark Atlanta University. 

Kai has over 14 years of leadership experience in the State of Georgia's criminal justice system and local government sector. She is the finance executive at the Rockdale County Sheriff's Office and the chief operating officer at Always Keep Hope Foundation. She has also worked as the Rockdale Clerk of Superior and State Courts Chief Deputy and as a program manager in the Georgia Department of Juvenile Justice.

Janice lives in Rockdale County with her husband, a retired Navy Veteran, and their four sons. She attended the University of New Orleans, where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in computer science. Additionally, she has been recognized for her community service by Congressman Hank Johnson in 2020.

Janice is the Chief Operational Officer (COO) at Helping Hands Outreach Clinic, a  nonprofit organization. She has experience in managing health care volunteers and staff, and has been recognized for her community service in Rockdale County. Previously, she has served on the Rockdale County Career Academy Health Care Science advisory board and as the Chairman of Rockdale County Census. 

Janice Morris was elected as the Rockdale County Clerk of Superior Court, starting in 2021.

They also manage the county’s land and property records. Their duties are numerous and include administrative tasks, like accounting and administering oaths, and judicial, like maintaining legal records. They can also potentially fill in for other roles, such as State Court Clerk and Passport Acceptance Agents.
