Arnold is originally from Haywood County, North Carolina. He earned his bachelor's degree in French language education and his master's degree in elementary and middle school administration from Western Carolina University. Arnold lives in Peachtree with his wife Patricia. They have 3 children and attend Peachtree Memorial Baptist Church, where Arnold serves as the Minister of Music, a deacon, and the Sunday School Director.
