Erin Paré is currently a state representative in District 37. She was elected in 2020 and is serving her second term. She is the chairwoman of the Health Committee. Erin also vice chairs the House Select Committee on Substance Abuse, the Energy and Public Utilities Committee, and the Appropriations, Health and Human Services Committee.

Erin has experience as a government affairs professional, representing businesses and trade associations on public policy matters and regulatory reform. She served as the director of the Regulatory Improvement Council. Prior to her political career, Erin was the vice chair of the Town of Holly Springs Board of Adjustment.

Erin grew up in Herndon, VA, and currently lives in Holly Springs with her husband and 2 children. She earned her bachelor's degree in government & international politics as well as her master's degree in international commerce from George Mason University.
