Serves as lead Judge for the Juvenile Advisory Committee and the Crossover Initiative.

Judicial Administration

As a Court of Common Pleas Judge, Gill made efforts to establish community Juvenile Restorative Circles to help expand Restorative Justice practices in Franklin County.

Made efforts to improve outcomes for juveniles and families, including co-sponsoring Permanency Values Training, Casey Family Programs, and Franklin County Children’s Services.
