Jack was born and raised in Chagrin Falls, Ohio, and has lived in Cuyahoga County for almost all his life. He earned a bachelor's degree from Florida Southern College and a law degree from Ohio Northern University. He is married to his wife, Mary Ellen, and they have 3 children.
