Jill is originally from Philadelphia, PA. She earned a bachelor's degree from Ursinus College and a law degree from Temple University School of Law. Jill lives with her husband, Josh, and their 2 children in Hyde Park, Cincinnati.

Jill currently works as the principal for Schiller Consulting Group. She previously served as the senior vice president of operations at Downtown Cincinnati Inc. and worked in the Obama administration. Jill also founded a non-profit focused on children's literacy.
