Jerry is a lifelong resident of Mahoning County.  He is a Boardman High School graduate, as well as a graduate of Youngstown State University.  He and his family reside in Boardman Township.  He and his wife Barb have 3 children.  

Jerry began working for the Mahoning County Sheriff’s Office as a reserve Deputy Sheriff in 1989 and became a full time Deputy Sheriff in 1991.
