Darius attended University of Houston-Downtown to earn his bachelor's degree. He later earned his master's degree in sociology from University of Houston-Clear Lake. He currently lives with his child. 

Darius has served as a court-appointed child advocate and worked for the UHCL Civic Engagement Coalition. He also led volunteer efforts for the Elizabeth Warren presidential campaign.

Darius Provost-Evans's campaign for school board member is his first run for public office.

Darius Provost-Evans went to Channelview High School and attended University of Houston-Downtown to obtain his Bachelors. He later obtained his Masters in Sociology from University of Houston-Clear Lake. He currently lives with his child.
