Patrick Moses is a retired federal law enforcement officer with over three decades of experience. He served as the Assistant Director for Field Operations of the Federal Protective Service and as the Regional Director in the National Capital Region (Washington, D.C.). He is also the senior pastor of the First Missionary Baptist Church of Fort Worth.
