Erica Pope is a Licensed Social Worker, dedicated Mental Health Advocate, and experienced Human Resources Manager with a passion for building stronger, healthier communities. A longtime resident of Dacula, Erica is running for City Council to create safe, inclusive spaces that prioritize mental health support—in schools, community centers, and across our city.

Erica grew up with a servant’s heart and a deep commitment to community—values instilled by her father, Jr. Ewing, a lifelong advocate and public servant. As a first-generation college graduate, Erica earned her bachelor’s degree from Auburn University and a master’s in Human Resource Leadership from Capella University.
