Dilip Tunki has a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, a master’s degree in environmental engineering, and an MBA in finance from Georgia State University. He has been married to his wife, Padma, for 29 years, and they have a daughter, Sindhu.

Dilip is the business owner and CFO of Serenity Infotech, a firm specializing in information technology staffing. He has over 25 years of experience in various sectors, including roles as a civil engineer and environmental engineer in Texas and Louisiana. He has also worked in operations and finance roles.

Dilip is currently a member of the Johns Creek City Council. He was elected in 2021 and is serving his first term. He was appointed as Mayor Pro Tem in 2024.
