Tod Warner moved into Snellville City limits in 1995 and was active in the Summit Chase HOA before being appointed to the Planning Commission in 2003. Tod has served as Chairman of the Planning Commission, Snellville's Urban Redevelpoment Authority and the Development Authority of Snellville.

Tod has previously served on City Council from 2007 through 2011.

Cat’s commitment to service includes leading a community feeding program for homeless veterans, and working people in need, mentoring Snellville’s youth, advocating for racial and social justice, supporting survivors of human trafficking and sexual trauma, and co-hosting a civic centered podcast that educates the residents of Snellville around politics and community issues. Cat proudly earned her Bachelor of Science Degree from Georgia State University, holds her Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) certification from The Council on International Education and Exchange (CIEE), a Health Coach Certification from Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) and is a Board Member of two nonprofits.
