Hattie Portis-Jones has a master's degree in public administration from City University of New York-Baruch College and a bachelor of science in business administration from Marquette University. Hattie is currently a third-term council member for the City of Fairburn. She was first elected in 2013 and re-elected in 2017 and 2021. She was unanimously elected Mayor Pro-Tem in 2017 and 2022.
