Branden Whitfield

Branden is Loganville native and has been here most of his life outside of his time spent away at Kennesaw State University where he received a Bachelor’s of Business Administration. He currently owns and operates multiple small businesses in the Loganville community dealing with real estate and lawn care. Branden and his wife, Rebecca, have been married since 2013 and have one daughter – with another on the way. Branden also served as the vice president of the Loganville Legacy Lions Club and is on the board of the newly formed Loganville Fine Arts Society.

Branden is currently a Loganville City Council member. He was elected to office in November 2021 after previously serving almost two years as a board member of the Loganville Development Authority, where he last served as vice chairman.

Supports development on Main Street, including loft-style apartments above shops, to enhance downtown viability and attract shops and restaurants.

Supports developing Main Street to attract shops and restaurants, but opposes high-density housing like "800 apartments."
