Cameron Duffey is a lifelong resident of Kentwood, Michigan. He holds a bachelor's degree in business administration and management from Cornerstone University. He and his wife have two daughters. He volunteered as a coach for local youth sports. 

Cameron works as a middle college interventionist at Kentwood Public Schools. He previously worked at Farmers Insurance, where he was an agency contract management specialist, commission incentives program senior representative, and accounting associate. 

Cameron Duffey's campaign for Kentwood City Clerk is his first run for public office.
