Nancy Bryer

Nancy Bryer has an associate's degree in criminal justice from Tacoma Community College in Washington State. She has lived in Dearborn Heights since 1946, when her parents purchased their home. She raised her two children, Carol and Robert, in Dearborn Heights, and she has four grandchildren.

Nancy is currently a Dearborn Heights City Council member. She was elected in 2021 and is seeking re-election for another four-year term. Before her election, she served as president of the South Dearborn Heights Civic Association for four years and was appointed to the Van Born Corridor and Women’s Commissions by the late Mayor Daniel Paletko. With the exception of 2021 when she ran her first campaign, she worked all elections in the city since 2009.
