Justin Fischer is from Novi, Michigan. He has a bachelor’s degree in finance and a master’s degree in business administration from Michigan State University. He lives with his wife, Melissa, and their two children, Jack and Lilian.

Justin is a director in the corporate treasury department at Adient, a tier-1 auto seating supplier. He has worked in the automotive industry for 20 years in various finance management roles. Before joining Adient, he spent almost 15 years at Ford Motor Company, where he held a variety of finance positions, including a three-year assignment in Dubai, UAE.

Justin is currently the Mayor of Novi. He was first elected in 2023. Prior to that, he served on the Novi City Council from 2009 to 2014 and again from 2019 to 2023. He also served on the Zoning Board of Appeals from 2004 to 2009 and as Treasurer of the Novi Parks Foundation from 2007 to 2009.
