Joseph is a consultant for one of the largest family farm operations in southeast Michigan. He previously owned his own business in the wholesale produce industry in Detroit's Historic Eastern Market District for forty years. He was also a founding member of the Eastern Market Corporation, which manages the public marketplace and surrounding district.
