Jeanne has a bachelor of arts in business administration and management from the University of Phoenix. She lives with her husband, Bill Bade, and their two daughters in New Baltimore. She is a member of the Anchor Bay Quilt Guild.

Jeanne is the City Treasurer for New Baltimore. She has held this position since 2009. She began her career with the City of New Baltimore in 2002, initially serving as the Planning and Zoning Secretary.

Jeanne is currently the elected City Treasurer for New Baltimore, a role she has held since 2009. She ran unopposed for reelection in 2021.
