Meet the City Council - City of Graham, NC

Bobby graduated from Louisiana State University and the Florida Institute of Technology,. He moved to Graham in 2019 with his wife, Karen. 

Bobby is a retired US Army Colonel. He served in the Army for 30 years, both on active duty and in the reserves. He later worked at Battelle Memorial Institute, a private nonprofit science and technology company, for 22 years. 

Bobby Chin is currently a council member for the City of Graham.

Bobby Chin

Bobby Chin, a graduate of Louisiana State University and Florida Institute of Technology, was commissioned as a 2LT in 1972 and spent 30 years in the US Army (Active/Reserve) and retired as a Colonel in 2002. He moved to Graham in 2019 with his wife Karen. He is now actively involved with ALCOVETS. He looks forward to serving the citizens of Graham as a councilman.

Bobby is currently a council member for the City of Graham.
