Billy Craig is originally from Wilmington, North Carolina. He attended Hoggard High School and earned a degree in criminal justice from Cape Fear Community College, where he also completed Basic Law Enforcement Training. He lives in Wilmington with his family.

Billy’s campaign for Mayor of Wilmington is his first run for public office.

Billy currently works as a private investigator, adjunct professor at Cape Fear Community College, and residential real estate broker with Keller Williams. He previously served as a law enforcement officer with the Wilmington Police Department.
