Virginia Roseman has lived in Boone since 2008. She lives with her husband, cousin, mother-in-law, and youngest daughter. Virginia studied child development and family relations at Western Carolina University.

Virginia is an event planner at Publix Super Market at Three Creeks. She previously worked for Horn in the West for eight years and for the Southern Appalachian Historical Association.

Virginia is currently a member of the Boone Town Council. She was first appointed to the council in February 2021 and reelected in November 2021.

Virginia Roseman

Served on the Boone Town Council until November 2023.

Virginia Roseman has lived in Boone since 2008. She moved within Boone town limits in 2007 where she now lives with her husband, cousin, mother-in-law and youngest daughter. A Western Carolina graduate, Roseman served on the Boone Tourism Development Authority from 2011-2015 and the Boone board of adjustments from 2011-2016. She served on the Boone board of adjustments again from December 2020 until February 2021 when she was first appointed to a seat on Boone Town Council.

Virginia Roseman is a marketing and communications professional at Appalachian Theatre of the High Country. She previously worked for Horn in the West for eight years and for the Southern Appalachian Historical Association.
