Richard moved to Leland in 2014. He has a bachelor of science in business administration with an emphasis in accounting from East Carolina University. He is married with two sons, a daughter, and seven grandchildren. He is an active member of Port City Community Church.

Richard is the Executive Director of House of Pickleball, which he founded. He previously spent over 40 years as the CEO of two software companies. Before that, he worked at Burroughs Corporation in Raleigh, NC.

Richard is currently a member of the Leland Town Council. He was elected in 2021 and is serving his first term.

Richard Holloman is from Greenville, North Carolina. He has a bachelor of science in business administration with an emphasis in accounting from East Carolina University. He lives with his wife, Julia, in Brunswick Forest, Leland. He has two sons, a daughter, and seven grandchildren. He has been an active member of Port City Community Church since 2008.

Richard is the Executive Director of House of Pickleball, which he founded. He previously spent over 40 years as the CEO of two software companies that designed, developed, marketed, and supported software for small to medium-sized towns and counties across the U.S. Before starting his own firms, he worked at Burroughs Corporation in Raleigh, NC.
