Justin earned a bachelor’s degree from the CUNY School of Labor and Urban Studies and earned a master’s degree in public administration from New York University. Justin is originally from the Bronx, New York, where he lives today.

Justin currently serves as chief of staff for State Senator Nathalia Fernandez. He previously served as director of Latino outreach for the New York State Democratic Party, and as a staff member in the Bronx Borough President’s office. He has also worked for the Working Families Party, as a canvasser, campaign manager, and recruitment director.
