Rachel currently works as the chief operating officer of the Fifth Avenue Synagogue. She previously worked at the 92nd Street Y, served as state director for Hillary Clinton’s 2008 presidential campaign, and was deputy chief of staff to U.S. Senator Jean Carnahan. Earlier in her career, she worked as an AmeriCorps VISTA attorney and as an attorney at Legal Aid.
