Angeanette “Angie” Thibodeaux, is a Texas resident with deep native roots in Louisiana. She considers it a distinct honor to be a product of a hard working blue collar family. Growing up in the rural south of Mer Rouge, Angie knows and understands the meaning of “it takes a village”. She attended both Grambling State University and Louisiana Tech University, departing with the accomplished goal of obtaining a bachelor of science degree in business and a master’s degree in public administration with a double concentration on state and local government and human resource management. Angeanette is the proud mother of 2 sons, 8-year-old Major and Malcom, who is resting in Heaven. She is a member of Green House International Church and several organizations, committees, and task-forces ranging from the NAACP, Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc., the NC Women’s Council, and the NRA to name a few.

Angie previously ran for the Texas House of Representatives in 2020 and 2022 but did not win.
