Christian Menefee was raised in Houston, Texas. He holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Texas and a law degree from Washington University in St. Louis. Christian lives in Houston with his wife, Kaitlyn, and their two sons.

Christian previously served as the Harris County Attorney and worked as a commercial litigator.
