David Bulova grew up in Fairfax, Virginia. He is married to his wife, Gretchen, with whom he has 3 children. David holds a bachelor's degree in government from the College of William and Mary and a master's degree in public administration and policy from Virginia Tech. He is also a graduate of the Sorensen Institute of Political Leadership at the University of Virginia. He serves as chair of the Commerce, Agriculture, and Natural Resources subcommittee.
