Scott Konopasek and his wife Julia, who have been together for 40 years, have settled in Rockville, Virginia, close to their aging parents, siblings, children, and grandchildren. Together, Scott and Julia are proud parents of three grown children and six grandchildren, representing three generations of the Konopasek family who live, work, and play in the 59th District.

Scott holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and French, along with a Master of Arts in Political Science.
