Clayton McLean Fuller is from Lookout Mountain, Georgia. Clay is the district attorney for the Lookout Mountain Judicial Circuit in northwest Georgia. He also serves as a lieutenant colonel and deputy staff judge advocate in the Air National Guard. Previously, he served as a White House fellow, working in the Office of the Vice President and the Department of Defense. He has also been deployed as a legal advisor to the Combined Air Operations Center. 

Clay currently works as a district attorney for the Lookout Mountain Judicial Circuity District Attorney's Office and serves in the Air National Guard as a lieutenant colonel and deputy staff judge advocate. He previously worked a white house fellow for the President's Commission on White House Fellowships and an assistant district attorney for the Lookout Mountain Judicial Circuit. He served in the U.S. Air Force as an assistant staff judge advocate for four years.
