Rory Houlihan is a father and grandfather. He has lived in Winchester, Kentucky, since moving from Largo, Florida, in 1998. 

Rory has worked at Lowe's Home Improvement for the past 28 years, where he specializes in tools. He has also spent time working at Hall's on the River. Additionally, he has been a youth soccer coach and served as a treasurer for an early childhood development center (ECDC) and Head Start program.
