Ralph currently serves as Founder and President of Michigan Lighthouse Ministries, an organization he founded to mobilize pastors and people of faith for civic engagement. He also currently works as an account executive. He previously served as the founding and senior pastor of Oakland Hills Community Church in Farmington Hills. Ralph also served as Chaplain for the Michigan Association of Chiefs of Police, the International Association of Chiefs of Police, the Southeastern Michigan Chiefs of Police, the Farmington Hills Police Department, and the Beverly Hills Police Department.
