Marcy is a retired state employee. She worked for the State of Michigan for over 32 years. She spent her last 20 years with the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services, specializing in Medicaid. Before that, she worked in adult prisons, prisons for the criminally insane, and juvenile detention centers.
