1. Will you treat King equally as the rest of the county? What do you see as the best way to foster a stronger relationship between our municipal communities and our county?
A: King is an incorporated city within in Stokes and Forsyth counties, it’s a little different from our other incorporated municipalities of Walnut Cove and Danbury. King should be treated fairly and acknowledged as a part of Stokes. Stokes should work with King on civics, events, and projects.

4. If you were in office right now, with conditions being what they are currently with our government, either locally, state or federal, what are three things you would do differently from the person currently holding the office? If you are in office, what are three things you plan to bring to the table if re-elected?
A: I would have listened to the resident of Stokes County and honored their opinions, and voted no on the industrial rezoning. I would work harder to secure funding for education. Cooperate with other small counties, like Stokes, on resolutions to the NC General Assembly to amend legislature that is marginalizing local opinions.
