Matt Scott, a member of the Lumbee Tribe, and was sworn in as the Robeson County District Attorney on January 1, 2019.  Mr. Scott, a native of Pembroke, first joined the Robeson County District Attorney’s Office in 2010 as an Assistant District Attorney.  In that role, Mr. Scott prosecuted all types of felony cases, but he predominately focused on narcotic and violent crime prosecutions.
