If they are going to build, then they must pay their fair share of the costs that come with new development. Approval of any building must take into consideration the impact it will have on roads, schools, fire, police, health, and the environment. We must hold developers fiscally responsible for their fair share of infrastructure costs. Also, the Wetlands must be protected, clearcutting abolished, and open burns regulated. These practices all have detrimental effects on the environment and communities.
