Stacie McGinn is from New Mexico. She has a bachelor's degree in business administration from Baylor University and a law degree from Georgetown University Law School. Stacie is a business executive and attorney. She previously served as deputy general counsel for Bank of America, where she managed over 100 attorneys worldwide. She also worked as a partner at a law firm specializing in mergers and acquisitions. Stacie has also served on President Ronald Reagan's task force, bringing private sector practices to the federal government. 

Stacie previously ran for North Carolina State Senate District 42 in 2024 but did not win.
