Lauren Sartain - UNC School of Education

Lauren Sartain is originally from Texas. She earned a bachelor's degree in government and history from the University of Texas at Austin, and a master's degree and doctorate in public policy from the University of Chicago. Lauren lives with her two children in Durham.

Lauren works as an associate professor of education policy at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She previously worked as a researcher at the University of Chicago Consortium on School Research.
