Elections - Harris County Municipal Utility District No. 127

Chris Richardson presented Certificates of Election for Bonnie Tyler and Maureen Herzog for execution by the Board President. A motion was made by Director Tyler, seconded by Director Ortega to accept the Certificates of Election and maintain the existing officer positions. Said motion carried unanimously. Directors Tyler and Herzog executed their Statements of Elected Officers and took their Oaths of Office for the term of office effective November 6, 2018 through November 8, 2022.

WHEREUPON, among other business conducted by the Board, Director Herzog introduced the Resolution set out below and moved its adoption, which motion was seconded by Director Gagne, and, after full discussion and the question being put to the Board of Directors, said motion was carried by the following vote:

“Aye” 5; “No” 0.

The Resolution thus adopted is as follows:

WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of Harris County Municipal Utility District No. 127 (the “District”) has determined that it is in the best interest of the District to review and amend its Drought Contingency Plan dated May 5, 2005; and
