Lulu is an attorney and a senior legal advisor and equity partner at Hendler Flores Law. She previously served as legislative director at the Mexican American Bar Association of Texas, assistant director for intergovernmental affairs and alternative fuels policy at the Railroad Commission of Texas, and director of governmental relations at the State Bar of Texas.
