Public Safety
In June 2001, he pled guilty to conspiracy to defraud the U.S. and computer fraud. He was sentenced to 21 months in prison. At the time, He had worked for Equifax and illegally altered several customer accounts to improve their credit standing.
In 1998, he pled guilty to computer trespass.
In June 2019, fellow city council member Nanette Saucier sued him, arguing that he was not qualified to run because his civil rights had not been restored since the computer fraud conviction in 2000. He was allowed to keep his city council seat.
