Wants to eliminate waste and work on sustainable economic development, education, public health and environmental protections.

Wants to remove the city mask mandate that requires people to wear face masks in buildings belonging to the city and the Marietta Board of Lights and Water.

Wants to remove COVID-related signs in government buildings and return city staff to a work environment without COVID restrictions. He said, "there's got to be some risk in this thing, just like the fly or anything else."

Said city employees should choose whether they want to wear a mask or get vaccinated. He said, "it's about time to have free choice in the United States."

Wants to increase affordable housing.

As a city council member, he voted against a plan to turn part of the Radisson Hotel at South Marietta Parkway and Interstate 75 into low-cost senior apartments for veterans.

As a city council member, he said he does not support more apartments in Marietta in general except the Cobb Parkway development. He said, "I think in all the time I've been \[on city council\], we haven't approved any apartments. Mostly, we've been tearing them down."

Plans to work on core infrastructure needs and transportation.

Wants to make sure that streets, sidewalks and lighting are safe and taken care of for motorcycles, bicycles, cars, pedestrians, wheelchairs and strollers.

As a city council member, he supported a plan to require residents to get 50% of their neighbors to sign on to street improvements they want from the city. He believes the city changes streets too often because of the request of one resident. He said, "sometimes you got to have the backbone to tell \[a resident\], 'listen, we just got no more people talking about it.'"
