Jason was born and raised in Cobb County. He has a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Georgia. He and his wife, Katie, have three children. Their two oldest children attend Marietta City Schools.

Jason is Chief Financial Officer, a licensed mortgage originator and a certified financial planner.
