Jean has lived Washington for 17 years. She has a bachelor's degree in political science and government from the University of Cincinnati, a PhD in human resource education & training at Boston University, a master's degree in sociology, with a focus on criminology and research design from Cleveland State University. She lives with her partner and family.

Jean is the principal consultant for Jean Iannelli Craciun Consulting. She have also been the chief operations officer of Craciun Research and a campaign consultant specifically for women, person of color, and/or LGBTQIA+ candidates. She is the founder of the Diversity Center of Seattle Washington.

Jean Iannelli Craciun

Jean Iannelli Craciun earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Cincinnati. They then went on to Boston University, where she earned her Doctor of Education degree in Human Resource Education & Training - Qualitative Research. She also earned her Master of Arts degree in Sociology with a focus on criminology and research design from Cleveland State University. She moved from Alaska to Washington in 2006, and currently lives in Seattle with her life partner and family.

Jean Iannelli Craciun has been the principal consultant for Jean Iannelli Craciun Consulting since 1989. They have also been the CEO of Craciun Research since 1980; a mentor for women, person of color, and LGBTQIA+ candidates at Backstage Capital since 2019; and a campaign consultant specifically for women, person of color, and/or LGBTQIA+ candidates since 1989. She is the founder of The Diversity Center of Seattle Washington, which was created in 2018.
